We use only the very best ingredients to make the very best cakes and cookies!

We use fairtrade sugars and chocolate, organic free range eggs, organic butter and fresh fruit.

And everything on offer is made by hand in a small kitchen, using traditional recipes.

In addition, the packaging we use is almost all recyclable.







Please be aware that we use pecan nuts, ground almonds and almond extract in our kitchen.
